Welcome to my Innovation Project: Incorporating Play in a Project-Based Blended Learning Environment! I'm inviting a classroom in my district to pilot a truly learner centered approach to education that harnesses the brain's affinity to play while making efficient use of time and space by incorporating digital tools. 

 

As with any initial plan, there is supporting research and evidence for the assumed risk involved, and an explanation of "why" trying the purpose of exploring a different approach to what has been traditionally done in the past is worth that risk. The supporting research can be found in the formal Literature Review.  In addition, there is an Implementation Outline to establish and begin the active learning process through a structured approach that also allows for adjustments and refinements based on the learning, feedback, and on-going assessment information.
