Leading Organizational Change

Any change initiative, small or large, requires the use of effective leadership skills.  To begin, the purpose and motivation (the "Why") behind the change is as equally important as the change itself.  Thankfully, after a clear purpose has been established, there are many frameworks and approaches to achieve organizational change successfully.  As I lead participants through my Innovation Plan, I plan on utilizing an Influencer Strategy or a 4DX strategy. Combining that with communication skills learned through Crucial Conversations.  With those tools, any idea can turn into reality!
