After reading one of many linked resources in my class "What if we gave students time to learn..." and then the "why" behind the development of the ePortfolio course, I'm excited to trying this learning in action. I, like many others mentioned, have NOT kept up with a personal portfolio due to time and loss of interest-there was no purpose for me to use it.

After reading , I have had a shift in thinking and now have a renewed interest in starting again. Much like I saved things for my students to show growth in my classroom (physically and digitally), I will now take the time to do that for myself. (Wouldn't it be cool to have a digital portfolio that travelled with and showed how students grow and learn through the course of K-12 grade?! Wow.).

Here is my rough draft of my ePortfolio. I started three different platforms, and ended up committing to Wix, as I have used that before. I haven't quite given up on WordPress yet, I just need some more learning on how to embed things. I'm looking forward to the process of learning about ePortfolios through creating an ePortfolio.
